Ryder System has been named the 2015 Trucking Company of the Year at the 2015 Southwest & Midcontinent Oil & Gas Awards ceremony in Houston, Tex.
The Oil & Gas Awards are an annual industry initiative that recognizes organizations that are leaders in their areas of expertise that support the oil and gas industry. Ryder was honored at this year’s event where hundreds of oil and gas executives gathered together to celebrate operational excellence, innovations in technology, corporate social responsibility (CSR), health & safety, and environmental stewardship. Ryder was also a finalist for the Awards for Excellence in the Corporate Social Responsibility and Excellence in Health & Safety – Operational categories.
