Hino Trucks Offers its Class 4 Model 155 To Light-duty Fleets

Hino Trucks introduced its Class 4 155 model as a part of its truck product offering during last week’s NTEA Work Truck Show in Indianapolis. Hino Trucks now offers product ranging from Class 4 through Class 7.

The 155 model has a GVWR of 14,500 pounds and is powered by Hino’s J05E-TP engine rated at 210 horsepower. The Class 4 cab-over also comes standard with a five-year, 175,000 mile powertrain warranty, Hino’s 24 hour-seven-day a week roadside assistance program called HinoWatch, and HinoCare: Hino’s two-year or 60,000 miles preventative care program. Hino will also offer a double-cab version of the Class 4, marketed as the 155-DC model.

Glenn Ellis, vice president of marketing, dealer operations and product planning for Hino Trucks, said the 155 and 155-DC will be available at Hino Trucks dealers in May.

Hino Trucks is a Toyota Group company that assembles, sells and services the most environmentally friendly lineup of Class 4-7 commercial trucks in the United States. Headquartered in Novi, Mich., Hino has a network of more than 200 dealers nationwide.
