He will discuss the fuel-saving benefits of current vehicle technologies and how to facilitate the deployment of alternative clean technology vehicle fleets with outsourced transportation solutions such as rental and leasing. Perry will also be involved in NACFE’s Natural Gas Workshop on May 4 between 1 and 5 p.m. CST, where small group discussions will uncover the benefits and challenges of adopting various technologies including 6×2 axles, idle-reduction devices, electronic engine parameters and automated transmissions and will include real-world examples of how fleets implemented various technologies and overcame challenges.
Putnam is responsible for developing strategic marketing plans to support Ryder’s product and vertical industry groups, and has more than 25 years of sales and marketing experience in the transportation industry. She will participate in the Women in ACT Summit and speak on a panel titled, “Creating a Culture for Success: Companies that Lead.” The panel will be led by Women in Trucking Vice President Ellen Voie on Monday, May 4 at 1 p.m. CST inside the main Expo Hall.
